SEEKING APPLICANTS FOR A PROJECT/SHOP MANAGER

We turn trees, ideas and other raw materials into bespoke furniture and fine-art for the boardroom, workroom, dining room, bathroom, waiting room and bedroom—really, all the good rooms—and we're looking for someone who can help us be our best selves.

If you enjoy—no, if you RELISH!—sequencing work, thinking about dependencies, ferreting out critical information, wrangling timelines and generally enabling others, than this is the job for you.

You'll keep things running smoothly: ensuring things (and people) are where they need to be, when they need to be. Whether it's sand paper or toilet paper: it's all essential!

We think we're a pretty great orchestra, but we're looking for a conductor who can help take us to the next level. You can tame complexity, you can turn a bumpy, unpredictable rollercoaster of a week into silky-smooth magic carpet ride.

Ideally, you have a passion for the creative process and understand what it takes to make something out of nothing, but you don't necessarily need to have a maker itch yourself.

Bonus points if you can take a client call with charm, handle (and qualify) an incoming lead, and don't see yourself as above an occasional gopher-run because you know sometimes that's what it takes to make good things great.

Hours based on a candidates experience and interest.

Compensation starts at $18/hour and goes up from there based on experience and style (of management, not personal fashion)

Want to apply?

If you have a resumé, that's great, but all you need to do is email or DM us:

  • Who you are
  • What you've been up to work-wise (could be professional or passion)
  • Why you think you'd be a good fit
  • Times that work for you to stop by the shop
